Port guide - Antibes
Graham Greene, who lived in Antibes for more than 20 years, considered Antibes the only place on the Riviera to have preserved its soul. It is a pleasing town, extremely animated, with one of the finest markets on the coast and the best Picasso collection in its seafront castle. The morning covered market in Antibes overflows with Provençal goodies and cut flowers, the traditional and still-flourishing Antibes business. In summer afternoons, a craft market takes over, and when the stalls pack up, café tables take their place.
The main port is Port Vauban, home to superyachts, fishing boats, and everything in between. Port Vauban is graced with a huge network of support services for yacht owners, including brokers, crew agencies, training establishments, charter agents, registration/tax experts, laundries, dive shops and lots more.

We like:
- Dining amongst the vines and barrels of the charming L’Auberge Provencale restaurant
- Walking around the sea wall towards the pine woods and glorious mansions of Cap d’Antibes
- The seafood menu in the charming Le Jardin restaurant in the old port of Antibes
- The craft market that runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the summer
